Binding contract

Please read this page carefully. These Terms and conditions constitute the legal documentation to ensure a legally binding contract between Like4Like and you.

Your legal agreement with Like4Like consists of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Guidelines.

5. The Contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the confirmation email. The Contract will relate only to those Services we have confirmed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to supply any other Services which may have been part of your order until the supply of the Services has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.
6. When using Like4Like, you agree to obey all the rules of the Website. You acknowledge that these rules may change over time and that you will abide by their most current form. We want to make special mention of the following rules:
   • You must not buy or sell Like4Like accounts.
   • You must not let others get points for you.
   • You must not create multiple accounts.
   • You must not use VPN, Proxy, or another tool to change your IP address.
   • You must not buy points using fraudulent credit cards or payment accounts.
   • You must not buy or sell points from an external party.
   • You must not use bots, auto-clickers, our external scripts on the Website.
   • You must not unfollow then follow, unlike then like, unsubscribe then subscribe, leave then join, remove from circles then add to circles, unpin then repin other's account, pages, groups, pins, etc.
   • You must not post content that: is hateful, threatening, pornographic, incites violence, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
   • You must not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Like4Like
   • You must not upload viruses or other malicious code.
   • You must not use Like4Like to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious, or discriminatory.
   • You must not use a temporary email to register on Like4Like, as we want interactions with real people.
   • You must not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working of Like4Like, such as a denial of service attack.
   • You must not facilitate or encourage any violations of this Statement.

Responsibility

You agree that you (both Like4Like and any third party) are solely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account.

This service contains hyperlinks to other websites that are not/or controlled by Like4Like. We have no control and take no responsibility for the content, privacy policy, advertising, security or gaps, or any activities on other websites.

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and agree that you may be exposed to content while using the services that are inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or factual for any other reason that you can perceive as a nuisance. You now waive any rights and remedies to which you might be entitled in respect of such content over Like4Like.

Responsibility

Like4Like assumes no responsibility for being displayed on this website and not from Like4Like posted content, which directly offends against these Terms and Conditions or the law. This applies, in particular, to linked content from other sites and content displayed on Like4Like as a thumbnail or in a similar manner.

Liability

Like4Like is not responsible for any closures of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, VKontakte, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and website hits accounts of our users by the operators of the site Like4Like also has no liability. You are reminded that other social networking sites could believe that the benefit of the services of Like4Like is contrary to their own terms and conditions. We shall take all possible precautions to prevent such violations and protect our customers but provide no protection against the operators' actions of other online platforms (e.g., deletion of the account).

Content And Validity

If sections or individual formulations of this text are not no longer or do not entirely correspond to the remaining parts of the document, remain unaffected in their content and validity.

Termination Of Leagal Affrement

The provisions remain in effect until terminated by you or Like4Like. Suppose you want to remove your legal agreement with Like4Like. In that case, you can do so at any time by notice to Like4Like or the closure of your account with the appropriate icon reach.

Legal Privacy

Like4Like doesn't sell likes/subscribers/followers/views/hits on any Social Network. We will never request passwords or cookie/session data of your social network accounts. We will never post, tweet, or update status from your accounts.

No Bot Policy

Our goal is that the interactions you get in Like4Like are from real people, so we ask you to register with an email. All users who use disposable or temporary emails will be subject to revision and/or banned.

Notice

Anyone found to be breaking any of these will be removed from Like4Like permanently.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept these Terms, you will not be able to use this site or our services.

Credit Card Payment Policy

Credit card processing is done via our partner business Acceptico d.o.o. The company details can be seen on their website.

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency - dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conversion of the price in USD into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Like4Like believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and initiated the shipping process.
• There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
• Like4Like does not accept cancellation requests for items (points, credits, tokens) that you are already used.
• If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. After looking into your complaint, the Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision.

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 1-day money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase and/or haven't used more than three-quarters (3/4) of your initial purchased points (credits, tokens), we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within one (1) day of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services you already have used because our network fills your account balance (adding points/credits/tokens) immediately after the purchase. Refunds are being processed within 7 business days (not including when it takes the payment processor and/or the bank/wallet to process the refund).

Credit Card Refund Policy

Return of the funds is done exclusively via the payment method that the purchase was made (VISA, MC, and Maestro payment methods), which means that the bank shall refund the paid amount at the seller's request in favor of the cardholder.

In case it is required to return the funds of the collected funds to the customer, in whole or partially, regardless of the reason for the return, Like4Like shall return the funds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro method of payment, which means that the Card-Processor/Bank will refund requested amount to the customer's account, following a request of the Merchant.
